Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team,
specifically to oversee the pre-cast balanced cantilever construction and launching
of the project. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the
successful completion of this complex engineering endeavour.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the balanced cantilever portion in the project from casting of segments
to launching, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, managers and other
stakeholders to deliver on the project specifications
• Implement effective risk management to identify and mitigate potential
obstacles and delays
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and best practices
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key
milestones, challenges and achievements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a
related field. A Master's degree is preferred
• Proven experience (>15 years) as a Project Manager overseeing complex
construction projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to
effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling,
budgeting, and reporting

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our
upcoming two-laning road project. The successful candidate will be responsible for
overseeing the execution of the project and ensuring the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the two-laning road project from inception to completion, ensuring
adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure effective
collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor
progress to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints
• Review project design specifications, drawings, and technical documentation
to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations
• Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and address
any concerns or queries raised by clients, consultants, or team members
• Promoting adherence to health & safety protocols and industry best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related
field. Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of >15 years of experience in project management, with a proven
track record of successfully delivering highway projects
• Strong technical knowledge of road construction methods
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams
• Sound understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and codes
governing road construction projects
