NOTICE

Hon’ble Mr. Justice C.T. Ravikumar will not be holding the Court on 18.04.2024
(Thursday) and 19.04.2024 (Friday).

The Constitution Bench matter listed as Item No.902 i.e. C.A.No.1012/2002 etc. in Chief
Justice’s Court before the Constitution Bench comprising Hon’ble The Chief Justice, Hon’ble
Mr. Justice Hrishikesh Roy, Hon’ble Mrs. Justice B.V.Nagarathna, Hon’ble Mr. Justice C.T.
Ravikumar, Hon’ble Mr. Justice J.B. Pardiwala, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Manoj Misra, Hon’ble Mr.
Justice Rajesh Bindal, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Hon’ble Mr. Justice
Augustine George Masih will not be taken up for hearing and the same stands cancelled.

Sitting of Court No. 13 comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice C.T. Ravikumar and Hon’ble Mr.
Justice Rajesh Bindal on 18.04.2024 (Thursday) stands cancelled and the matters listed before
this Bench will not be taken up for hearing.

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal will take up Single Judge Bench / Chamber matters
on 18.04.2024 (Thursday) in Court No. 13 at 11.00 a.m. as per list issued separately.

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Manoj Misra will not be holding the Court on 19.04.2024 (Friday).
Hence, the matters shown before the Bench comprising Hon’ble The Chief Justice, Hon’ble Mr.
Justice J.B. Pardiwala and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Manoj Misra in Chief Justice’s Court on
19.04.2024 (Friday) will now be taken up by the Bench comprising Hon’ble The Chief Justice
and Hon’ble Mr. Justice J.B. Pardiwala in Chief Justice’s Court on 19.04.2024 (Friday) except
Part-Heard matters, if any.

The matters shown before the Bench comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna,
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dipankar Datta in Court No.2 on
19.04.2024 (Friday) will now be taken up by the Bench comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv
Khanna and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dipankar Datta in Court No.2 on 19.04.2024 (Friday) except
Specifically Directed matters, if any.

The matters shown before the Bench comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice C.T. Ravikumar
and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal in Court No.13 on 19.04.2024 (Friday) will now be taken
up by the Bench comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia and Hon’ble Mr. Justice
Rajesh Bindal in Court No.13 on 19.04.2024 (Friday) except Part-Heard matters, if any.
