Consent
Before we perform a scan, we will always ensure that you are fully aware of the
procedure, any potential risks and benefits, and gain your written consent.

Safety
We are responsible for your health & safety while you are with us. A risk assessment
has been conducted and our staff are trained to provide a safe service.

Safeguarding from abuse


We want you to feel safe from abuse in our clinic. If you do not feel safe, we will
take it seriously and will report any abuse we see or are made aware of.

Food and drink
We encourage you to stay hydrated throughout your pregnancy, especially before
your scan. Please ask for refreshments if you need them.

Premises and equipment


We hope you find our clinic to be a safe and comfortable environment for your
scan. Our premises and equipment are regularly cleaned and well maintained.

Complaints
We hope you’ll never have cause for complaint, but if you do, we want you to know
that we will listen to your feedback and take the necessary steps to rectify the
situation

Governance
Ensuring our staff understand their roles and responsibilities enables us to
continually review our service and maintain the highest quality.

Our staff have all undergone appropriate training to enable them to provide a

Fit and proper workforce


All of our staff have undergone the necessary vetting processes required to ensure
that they are competent in delivering our service safely.

Duty of candour
We will be honest and transparent about the service you receive. If anything goes
wrong, we will tell you, make amends where possible and refer you to external
providers where appropriate.

Display of ratings
We are registered with the CQC, but have not yet been inspected. When we have been
inspected by the CQC and been given a rating, this will be displayed prominently.
