Policy
Consent
Before we perform a scan, we will always ensure that you are fully aware of the
procedure, any potential risks and benefits, and gain your written consent.
Safety
We are responsible for your health & safety while you are with us. A risk assessment
has been conducted and our staff are trained to provide a safe service.

Food and drink
We encourage you to stay hydrated throughout your pregnancy, especially before
your scan. Please ask for refreshments if you need them.
Complaints
We hope you’ll never have cause for complaint, but if you do, we want you to know
that we will listen to your feedback and take the necessary steps to rectify the
situation
Governance
Ensuring our staff understand their roles and responsibilities enables us to
continually review our service and maintain the highest quality.
Staffing
Our staff have all undergone appropriate training to enable them to provide a
service that meets our standards.

Duty of candour
We will be honest and transparent about the service you receive. If anything goes
wrong, we will tell you, make amends where possible and refer you to external
providers where appropriate.
Display of ratings
We are registered with the CQC, but have not yet been inspected. When we have been
inspected by the CQC and been given a rating, this will be displayed prominently.
