Green Light Test (GLT)

● GC is to notify CM during weekly meetings which sites are ready for GLT

● CM will note, in N1 under “CM Comments”, with the following format (initials/date/ready for GLT)

● CM to coordinate with the Operation Manager to schedule GLT

● COP pictures listed on the next page must be uploaded into N1 and verified by the GC prior to
requesting the Green Light Test

● CM will approve COP pictures before coordinating GLT

● Portable generator should be used to perform GLT. Do not use the battery back up to perform
this task

Example: CSR Optical Ports

Ready to Green Light means:

● Hybrid Power and Fibers terminated and labeled

● Hybrid Power color-coded at Tower and ground OVP

● Hybrid Fibers color-coded at Tower OVP and at CSR

● OVP breakers are labeled at ground OVP

● All antennas and radios mounted with RF and RET cables installed and color-coded correctly

● GPS installed and cabled to CSR
