STUDENT AMBASSADOR CONTRACT

The following agreement has been concluded between ECP CONSULTANCY PLC (herein after known as the
employer) on one hand and the ambassador, whose name is stated down below, (herein after known as the
ambassador) on the other.

1. Work Description
As a Student Ambassador, it is the duty of the ambassador to perform all essential job functions and duties. From
time to time, the employer may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the ambassador’s work.

1.1 Responsibilities:
Main Tasks: Generating awareness about ECP and referring students to our services
 Build awareness of our organization among friends, classmates and relatives.
 Share our organizations social media posts in various telegram groups and to friends and
family. Help build our follower count on our social media platforms.
 Spread our emails, announcements, social media across your school to relevant and
interested parties
 Refer at least 2 customers per month for one of our organization’s services
 Spread flyers to students at the ambassador’s school
 Inform ECP of services students need so we can include them into our service catalog
 Act as a point of contact for communications with your school

2. Obligations of the Employer

2.2. The employer shall provide the work and work equipment as the case may be to the ambassador
and shall provide a conducive work environment.

3. Obligations of the Ambassador

3.3 The ambassador should respect all the work rules of the company.

3.4 The ambassador shall perform his/her work with due diligence with the respect to the safety of the
company and other ambassadors.

3.5 The ambassador is required to refer at least 2 students per month for one of our services.

4. Compensation and Benefits

As compensation for the services provided, the ambassador shall be paid a commission fee according to the table
below. All payments shall be subject to mandatory employment deductions.

Other benefits

 The ambassador will get a 2000 birr discount if accepted into our mentorship program.
 The ambassador will get a certificate of recognition for their work. This can be used for their extracurricular
activities.

5. Effective date
This agreement shall come in to force from the date it has been signed by both parties.
