That during the revalidation process of foreign fund payment, which your fund was categorized for payment under the
available authority of release on Batch (2), No, 2 of SARB/TELEWIRED/DXX4019/ 4017, that would have been transferred
to your submitted bank account as in our file through SARB/TELEWIRED TRANSFER programmed instrument, within the
International Bank Window (IBWT) unconditionally. b. Complaints we received showed that you have not at anytime tried
to communicate Development Bank and BRICS Bank releasing authority directly in order to put them through to avoid
irregularity in your funds transfer, rather you preferred a local representative as your attorney who preferred to buy his
way with money and also presented a counter bank account with a bank in UK, USA, SPAIN, ITALY and DUBAI in your
Honourable favor thereby averting your initial programmed bank account which stopped the transfer procedure and
subjected you to scrutiny under this COMMISSION. Since then, the attorney is at large, but we believe he is not working

for your interest as he failed to face the probe and some enabling questions that could have allowed him perform his
duties on your behalf. C, Sequel to this, we have mandated that you must make use of your initial bank account submitted
as we have resolved and also advised the releaseing authority of the development. We at the same time have forwarded
to them the CLEAN REPORT OF OUR FINDING NO: CHP/CRF-GBS413/2024, on your payment to enable them initiate a
payment instrument only on your Notice/Claim filed, this is so because they can not identify you well by initiating a
call/fax for highly security reasons which we noted as been obtainable in their professional fields.
