From the 7" year of Prophethood till the 10" year, Makkah isolated Muhammad (pbuh) and his supportet both socially and economically. According to this social boycott, they were not even in verbal contact wi Muhammad (pbuh), so he was preaching only to the foreign traders and the pilgrims who came to perform Haij Makkah. In the 10" year of Prophethood the death of Abu Talib made him defenseless in Makkah. So, he tried preach to the people of Taif as well who unfortunately reacted even more brutally then the Makkans. In the 11 year of Prophethood Muhammad (pbuh) invited 6 pilgrims who came from Madinah, and they converted toward islam and gave pledge to Prophet (pbuh) to spread Islam there. In the 12 year of Prophethood, 12 people came from Madinah and signed a pledge with Muhammad (pbuh) over the basic principles of Islam. Muhamad (pbuh, was so hopeful that he sent his formal representative Musabb-bin Umair as preacher in Madinah, who got glorious success there and more than 70 people came to sign a pledge next year which is called the Secorid pledge of Aqbah. After that Makkans planned to assassinate Muhammad (pbuh) and Allah ordered hur leave Makkah and migrate towards Madinah as the Quran says. “Thoy plot and plan and Allah too Plads, but the best of planners is Allah”. y
