Experienced Customer Support Agent

Mission: As a key player in our team, you will be the first line of support for our customers,
ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role involves handling inquiries, solving problems,
and providing an exceptional service experience. You'll work closely with our product and
technical teams to stay up-to-date on our offerings and ensure that customer feedback is
communicated effectively.

Competencies Required:

1. Communication Skills: Articulate issues and solutions clearly in English.


2. Technical: Comfort with Shopify, Gorgias, Google Sheets, Chat GPT (or Gemini).
3. Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns creatively and efficiently.
4. Empathy: Understand and share the feelings of our customers.
5. Multitasking: Manage multiple inquiries smoothly and effectively.

Technical Requirements:

1. Stable and solid internet connection


2. A comfortable working environment
3. A powerful enough computer

Responsibilities:

➔ Direct interaction with customers via email, and chat.


➔ Resolve issues by providing accurate and timely responses.
➔ Document and escalate cases as necessary.
➔ Collect customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings.
➔ Track data (or something similar because this will be a good task)
➔ Attend regular team meetings

Technical Knowledge:

❖ Shopify
❖ Gorgias
❖ Google Sheets
❖ Basic troubleshooting for common internet and computer issues

Compensation:

● Full-time, Monday-Saturday availability required.
