BIRTHDAY PARTY PROPOSAL

PURPOSE:

By this time, children can dress themselves, catch a ball more easily using only
their hands, and tie their shoes. Having independence from family becomes more
important now. Events such as starting school bring children this age into regular contact
with the larger world. Friendships become more and more important. The celebration of
Chris Johnson's birthday will be held at Hilltop, San Antoniño. This birthday party is
intended to be enjoyable, memorable and special for him. Thirty attendees are anticipated
for this event which will take place on May 7, 2023 from 10am to 12pm.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

• To give our celebrants, family, and guests a special and memorable experiences.
• To ensure best allocation of 6th birthday budget
• To organize an event that will create a fun and memorable experience to the
birthday celebrant and the guest as well
• To use our knowledge to create a fabulous birthday.

WHO ARE THE TARGET AUDIENCE:

The targeted audience of the program are the kids who are below 10 years old
who can enjoy and participate the enjoyable moment of the celebrant.

The stakeholders of this event are the parents, grandparents, relatives and the
organizers. These people pour all their efforts and dedicate themselves to ensure the
success and memorable experience of the said event.
