BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Alexis Alyana N. Austria was born on December 07, 2002
and raised in Tulo, Taal Batangas. She is the youngest
daughter of Evelyn Austria and Rafael Austria Jr among
their six children. She attained her elementary years at Tulo
Elementary School and graduated with Academic
excellence. Since she was a kid, she knew that she wanted to
be a nurse. She envisioned helping those in need and those
in the surrounding area by providing medical treatment, but
she ended up giving up some of her dreams due to a lack of
resources. This decision led her to a profession that she will face head-on as an official psychology
student of Batangas State University - TNEU (Pablo Borbon), currently taking a Bachelor of Science
in Psychology.
She is a product of Humanities and Social Sciences from Taal National High School, in her
hometown, where she acquired her knowledge and gained an advantage over her abilities from.
During her life, she has received several awards that motivated her to strive harder both as a student
and as an individual. She is a consistent honor student in her prime years of secondary school. She
was also an aspiring leader during her first years. As she grew older, she started to get fond of creating
things creatively. Whereas, she has been awarded from competitions she participated in.

Out of her academic context, Austria embarked on her political journey at a young age,
motivated by a desire to make a tangible difference in her community. A year ago, she was elected as
an SK councilor, becoming one of the individuals to serve in this capability. During her term, she has
been instrumental in establishing several youth-oriented programs focusing on education, sports,
environmental sustainability, and health and wellness. She has shown an unwavering commitment to
empowering the youth, advocating for their rights and welfare, and fostering a spirit of volunteerism
and civic engagement. Furthermore, she is presently thriving in her profession with dignity and
integrity as a proponent of eliminating the stigma associated with mental health. Austria wants to
keep helping people in her field of specialization through clinical and industrial work, with a focus
on the latter. She plans to do this through her present curriculum.

Paul Lyndon P. Almo’s college journey is a challenge of
determination, commitment, and resiliency. Despite the
hardships and challenges he has faced before, he still fought
his way against all odds and remained committed to his
goals. A natural-born Mindoreno born and raised in San
Jose Occidental Mindoro, he is the eldest son among the
four siblings of Rodrito R. Almo and Maria Genelyn P.
Almo. I am currently an irregular student studying at the
Batangas State University-TNEU Pablo Borbon Campus,
taking a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Beyond the walls of BatState-U, Paul is active in serving his


local parish church. He has been an altar server for 14 years and is the current coordinator of the
Ministry of Altar Servers at St. Joseph the Worker Cathedral in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. As the
Coordinator of the Ministry, he instilled a deep sense of responsibility and commitment in shaping the
lives of his fellow servers, deepening their love for Christ, shaping their spiritual lives, and helping
them to be disciplined and responsible people even outside the church. He received numerous awards
for being an exceptional leader, including Altar Server of the Year (2013– 2019) and SJCP Leadership
Awardee (2019, 2021). Paul is also an editor of the Social Communication Ministry of the Roman
Catholic Apostolic Vicariate of San Jose. He is also a radio station technician at 93.7 Spirit FM,
embodying his undying values of faith and devotion to serving Christ and His Church. Since he was a
kid, he once dreamed of being a priest. He believes that becoming a priest and serving God’s people
is his true calling, but a change of heart occurred when he became a product of humanities and social
sciences at Occidental Mindoro State College, Main Campus. He fell in love with the concept of
helping people’s needs and focusing on the social and mental aspects of life. He believes that taking
psychology is one thing, and he is looking forward to becoming a psychologist and a guidance
counselor one day.
But the life he believes he will finish his college life in 4 years will take a toll, for he
experienced a lot of pain, trauma, and failure due to the combined circumstances brought by the
COVID-19 pandemic, personal relationships, and depression that severely affected his academic life
and led him to become an irregular student. But Paul is born a fighter, and even against all odds, he
fights his way to hold a grip on himself and continue the life he dreams of. Despite facing challenges
in life and now facing difficulties as an irregular college student, Paul remains resilient and determined
to pursue his academic and personal goals and his dream to be a successful psychologist and a guidance
counselor one day. With his strong foundation in service, leadership, and academic excellence, Paul
continues to make a positive impact, and he believes that his life story will serve as a beacon of hope
and inspiration. With courage, perseverance, and unwavering determination, anything is possible.

Kyzha Erica I. Belmonte's journey as a third-year
psychology Student at Batangas State University (TNEU),
Pablo Borbon Campus, is marked by her unwavering
commitment to personal and academic growth. Born as the
second daughter of Mr. Ricky and Mrs. Isabel Belmonte,
Kyzha's roots in Victoria,Oriental Mindoro.

Kyzha's fascination with human behavior and the


complexities of the mind is evident in her approach to both
academic and extracurricular pursuits. Despite facing the
challenges of being a student, she embodies a fascinating
fusion of academic rigor and
artistic flair. With an unwavering passion for understanding the complexities of the human mind, she
delves into psychological theories and research with fervor. Moments of doubt and the weight of
responsibilities may cast a shadow, but Kyzha refuses to succumb to despair, drawing strength from
her goals and the unwavering support of those who believe in her abilities, especially with family and
friends.

Beyond the classroom, Kyzha actively engages in various extracurricular activities, enriching
her college experience. However, her love of beauty and fashion blends perfectly with her
comprehension of how people think and behave. She explores the complexities of selfexpression and
identity creation through her passion of playing with various styles and colors, in addition to expressing
her creativity. She recognizes the subtle ways in which beauty and clothes affect mood, confidence,
and social relationships. With an eye for detail and an appreciation of the psychology behind aesthetics,
she sees these mediums as potent instruments for selfdiscovery and empowerment. She believes that
comprehending the intricacies of human character and the limitless potential for self-representation
may be gained via the art of fashion and makeup, which transcends physical appearance. By immersing
herself in these narratives, Kyzha not only finds solace but also enhances her understanding of the
human psyche. Analyzing the intricate characters and their behaviors becomes a gateway to a deeper

Louie Jay C. Cabungcal, a resilient third-year student
pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at
Batangas State University (TNEU), Pablo Borbon
Campus, is driven by his passion for understanding
human behavior. Despite initially aspiring to become a
pilot, he redirected his focus to psychology due to his
enduring fascination with the complexities of the mind.
Recognizing the challenges ahead, he acknowledges
the need for extra dedication to his studies as an
average student. While moments of doubt and the
weight of responsibilities occasionally weigh on him,
Louie remains steadfast in his determination, drawing strength from his goals
and the unwavering support of those around him.

cornerstone of his extracurricular involvement, beginning with his membership in a dance troupe
