SUBJECT: New Fully Equipped Gym - Healthy Workforce Initiative

Ad Link, Inc. continues to provide extensive resources that all employees can utilize to promote
putting their health and wellness first. The company recognizes that maintaining a work life
balance is important to many of their employees. With that being said, we have introduced some
exciting opportunities for employees at all levels! Ad Link Inc. has implemented a Healthy
Workforce Initiative to help employees maintain their work life balance so they can put their best
foot forward when at work.

As part of our company Healthy Workforce Initiative, Ad Link, Inc. has recently established a
new, fully equipped gym at our main facility. The gym, known as “Fit Link,” is open to all Ad
Link, Inc. employees regardless of your working location. Whether you work directly from the
main office, a satellite office, or from home, you still get to take advantage of all the perks that
are offered through the Healthy Workforce Initiative. Additionally, the membership to the new
gym is completely free for all employees at all levels. For your convenience, Fit Link will be
open Monday through Saturday from 6 am to 10 pm. Qualified trainers will be available to assist
you in all your training and work out needs.

Additionally, if you have questions, concerns, or comments about the benefits or resources
included with the Healthy Workforce Initiative or the newly established Fit Link, do not hesitate
to reach out through email.

of 250 Ad Link, Inc. employees took advantage of the established gym services throughout the
first month!

Not only are employees taking advantage of the resources to benefit their health and wellness
outside of work, but it has been paying off in improving company morale and overall employee
satisfaction. This has been a success for the company as well as a success for our customers.

The news about Ad Link Inc.’s Healthy Workforce Initiative and Fit Link is being spread outside
of our company, too. WFIT, the local television station, has reach out to film and report on the
company’s gym and health initiatives that are taking place.

As we move forward, we anticipate more positive responses from our employees. Everyone here
at Ad Link, Inc. appreciates your continued support of employees as well as the Healthy
Workforce Initiative and Fit Link.
