RESOLUTION TO RE-ALIGN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (20,000.00) ONLY OUT FROM
ANTI DRUG ABUSE-5,000.00, GENDER SENSITIVITY-5,000.00 AND CAPABILITY BUILDING-10,000.00 TO
PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IN BARANGAY MABINI, SAN QUINTIN, PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, Medical equipment are very essential in the barangay because it helps a lot in first aid and
also to give medical assistance to the community especially this time of pandemic;

WHEREAS, there is a need to realign the said in order to defray the expenses needed for the upcoming
seminar;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion presented and duly seconded by the members present by means of this
resolution, BE IT;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to re-align the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (20,000.00)
ONLY OUT FROM ANTI DRUG ABUSE-5,000.00, GENDER SENSITIVITY-5,000.00 AND CAPABILITY
BUILDING-10,000.00 TO PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IN BARANGAY MABINI, SAN QUINTIN,
PANGASINAN .

RESOLVED FURTHER , that copies of this resolution be furnished to offices concern for their information
and guidance.
