Subject: Complaint Regarding Recent Purchase of FairyScarlee

Dear Ma'am,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made
from your company. On 05 April 2023, I purchased Moisturaizer FairyScarlee from your store, order
number J28F5097.

Unfortunately, upon receiving the product and using it, I encountered several issues that have greatly
disappointed me. Firstly, I found damage in the product split on the packaging and the variant selected
does not match the description . This was not what I expected based on the product description and my
previous experiences with similar products from your company.

Furthermore, I have encountered additional issues with the product aside from the damaged packaging
and incorrect variant. These problems have caused inconvenience and frustration for me, as the product
is not performing as advertised.

I have attached proof of purchase and photos of the issues for your reference. I would like to request
either a replacement for the defective product or a full refund of the purchase price. I believe this is a
reasonable course of action given the circumstances.
