JAWABAN ADBI4201 Bahasa Inggris Niaga

In the topic "Political turmoil is the main cause of capital flight," I agree that political
instability can indeed be a primary cause of capital flight. Political uncertainty often leads
to economic instability, causing investors and businesses to lose confidence in the market
and increasing investment risks. When governments are unstable or political conflicts
occur, consistent economic policies and assurances of investment protection are often
disrupted. This prompts investors to withdraw their capital from the country in search of
more stable and secure havens.

For instance, during periods of political instability such as revolutions or armed conflicts,
many investors and businesses tend to withdraw their capital due to the high risk of losses.
This can result in reduced investment in infrastructure, job creation, and overall economic
growth.

However, it's essential to remember that other factors can also contribute to capital flight,
such as inappropriate economic policies, lack of infrastructure, or legal uncertainties.
Therefore, while political instability may be a significant factor, it should not be overlooked
that other factors can influence investment decisions.
