Dalco Building Systems Limited is a fabrication company, which was incorporated in 2012 under

the Companies Act, of 1965 as a private limited company under the name Dalco Building
Systems Limited. Dalco Building Systems has the pleasure of introducing itself as a building
façade system design, fabrication, installation and consultancy services. We also undertake
façade performance tests. We established our set-up in Dhaka, Bangladesh and are presently
running successfully, a glass processing & tempering plant, aluminium extrusion plant and
building façades. Over the years, we have worked on various residential and commercial
projects for high-end developers. The necessity of more energy and electricity across
Bangladesh inspired us to start our aluminium installation project in First Dhaka Elevated
Express, to meet the rising demand for electrical towers used in electricity transmission,
telecom and electrical line hardware.

In the year 2015, we expanded into Pakistan to provide quality services at reasonable costs that
go beyond the basic expectations of our customers. The major aspect of our service is our
people. Our dynamic, initiative, and motivate personnel provide the customer with quality
service, technical information and assistance.

Since launching Dalco Building Systems in Pakistan we have been awarded Façade contract at
prestigious projects. Our pride project is the recently completed Dolmen City Tower in Karachi.
This is a 35 35-story Building having 375,000 sqft. of Building Façade Works which we
completed with the highest Quality Standards.

Dalco has been used up for making Aluminum doors and windows. Aluminium profiles have
given us an alternative use to wooden and steel doors and windows. Due to the fast-growing
economy, the demand for aluminium has increased globally. Dalco is catering to the demand
for doors and windows for buildings and other sectors. Meanwhile to cater to the increased
demand for Dalco products we have installed one more anodisation line with a high-quality
polishing machine.

Moreover, one more extrusion press has been installed. After the installation of these
machines, productivity has already doubled. Dalco has become a modern fabrication
department with highly skilled technical people and equipment to serve the construction sector
like fabrication of curtain walls, false ceilings spider glass etc. The revenue of the Company will
be increased through this fabrication department. We have now ensured an uninterrupted
power supply through the installation of two more diesel genera - has also been installed.
