Instructions:

1. Manage your expectations in regards to the food. This is a formal dinner, but the main objective is to
expose you to a formal dining experience. That said because of the number of activities and the lecture
demonstration during the dinner, be sure to eat before going to the venue. Be prepared that meals may
be served slowly and portions may not be as big as expected.

2. Make sure your outfits are appropriate and you appear presentable.

3. Take note of the lessons you will learn from your experience.
