My name is Wina. I am a sociable person and I want to engage regularly with people as part of my

industry. I learned to assist and develop recruitment processes for various brands (fashion, home
appliance, technology, f&b, health & beauty) with multiple candidates (blue collar & white collar). I
was also proficient in Mass hiring, Interview process (BEI), Google suites (spreadsheet, drive, docs),
and Job platforms.
I have good communication and am also a detail person. With the skills and experiences mentioned, I
believe I can optimize and adjust the recruitment process in every industry.

Job desc:
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Source and recruit candidates by using Linkedin, and other job portal platforms
Work closely with Brand for build their recruitment process
End-to-end recruitment process start from job posting, screen candidates resumes, phone
interview, (initial interview), scheduling with user, send task for candidates if needed, offering
and create PKWT/PKWTT
Collaborate with Portofolio Manager team for make sure and identify future hiring needs
Key Achievement:
Successfully collaborate with 5+ brands (Fashion, Home Appliance, Technology, F&B, Health &
Beauty) for build their recruitment process
Hiring for multiple candidates type (blue collar, pink collar, and white collar)
Build benchmark for future hiring
Develop and update new job portal platforms for Open Labs needs (previously only used 2 job

Job desc:
Work closely with Hiring Managers of the Recruiter teams in Shopee to put forward the best
candidates for the team
Provide qualified candidates for Warehouse positions through executing end-to-end
recruitment process, ranging from job posting, screening, interviewing, assessing, and
onboarding.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to create strategies for manpower fulfillment.
Constantly make sure to keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure that
candidates are able to fulfill the market demands
Collaborate with HRBP managers and vendor on a regular basis and proactively identify future
hiring needs.
Assist assessment processes for employee promotion using DISC and Papikostik
Key Achievement:
Succesfully build and develop a new dashboard for Recruiter's team Banten - Tangerang area
Maintain monthly recruitment with Mass hiring courier for Campaign Double date and Payday
