Dear Ma’am San Gabriel,

Greetings in peace!

We the Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Teachers are writing to propose the school

to conduct a school film festival named: Seni-Syuhan (Sine Karisyuhan) Film

Festival. This film festival will be participated by all Grade 12 students taking up MIL

course as their final requirements during their Fourth Quarter and we want to share our

students output through this event.

The primary objective of the proposed film festival is to provide a platform for students

to express themselves artistically through the medium of film. By encouraging

participation from students of all grades and backgrounds, we aim to celebrate diversity

and creativity within our school community. Grade 11 students will be our target

audience during the event that will be excused during the following classes. In

connection with this event, we the MIL subject teachers collaborate with the subject

teachers who handled:

1. Reading and Writing ( Sir, Dexter Rotairo)

2. Physical Science ( Sir Rald John Asuncion)

3. General Biology (Sir Cromwell Magno)

A ticket amounting of ten (10) pesos will be collected voluntarily to raise fund and will be

used for the certificates, token, snacks and etc. for the said events.

We are confident that Seni-Syuhan Film Festival would be a valuable addition to our

academic and extracurricular programs, providing students with a platform to showcase

their talents and fostering a greater appreciation for the arts within our school

community. I would be grateful for your support and guidance in bringing this initiative to

fruition.
