INTRODUCTION
The need to do something for recreation is an essential element of human biology and psychology.
Recreational activities are often done for enjoyment, amusement, or pleasure and are considered to be fun.
Leading an active lifestyle is good for us. If we always participate in regular moderate exercise, we can
expect to enjoy numerous health, physical, and social benefits.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Physical activity can be at any intensity, from a simple twitch of a muscle, to an all out sprint. For
practicality, physical activity can be viewed as a from sedentary behavior to vigorous intensity activity. The
broad categories are sedentary behavior, light activity, moderate activity, and vigorous activity. Below are
the examples of activities at each intensity:

Activity 4.1: In knowing the different intensity of physical fitness, which of this is the most beneficial to
you? Which activities require more concentration than the others?
Assignment 2: Submit a video clip of your performance of each exercise. Add another exercises that are
not mentioned here that you think are also part of those classified intensity. Your video should not be
less than 3 minutes but not more than 5 minutes. You can submit your assignment in my FB messenger
