Work Responsibilities:
▪ Maintenance and operation of MTU Diesel Gensets.
▪ Performed 2K maintenance as per schedule and running hours.
▪ Performed preventive and predictive maintenance of all auxiliaries system like heat
exchangers, pumps, cooling towers, supply and exhaust fans all water and chemical
dosing pumps.
▪ Inspection of storage and engine start up batteries.
▪ Overhauling of pumps and motors.
▪ Preparation of all gensets and auxiliary maintenance and operation record.
▪ Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and yearly operation, consumption and generation
record.
▪ Perform smooth speed and parallel operation of gensets with SECO.

Work Responsibilities
▪ Participate and involve in 2k maintenance of Gas Engines JGS320 X 3.
▪ Removing and installation of Turbo Charger after maintenance.
▪ Removing and installation of inter cooler core after Cleaning.
▪ Check and note the Ignition voltage as well as the resistance of ignition coil on every
routine 2k maintenance.

▪ Drain and filled the Lube oil as per Report and Change the lube oil filters + Air duct filters
+ breather Filter as routine maintenance of 2k Hrs.

▪ Cooling Tower hub greasing & V belt inspection and changing.

▪ Check and note the tapet clearance reading on 2k maintenance.
▪ Replacement of motor bearings and all kind of valves.
▪ Cleaning of M Panel & Alternator with blower.
▪ Check battery water level / Sp. Gravity / terminals.

▪ Check and Maintain Spark Plug gaps.

▪ Measurement of -ve Crankcase pressure.

▪ Check and grease actuator and butterfly V/v linkage
▪ Ensure the proper use of PPE during maintenance work.
▪ Issue and Prepare maintenance material list according to maintenance plan.
▪ Operation and maintenance of cooling towers.
▪ Performed routine and planned maintenance of all auxiliary of power house.
▪ Performed alternators bearing grease on basis of Running Hours.
▪ Maintain cooling towers PH and TDS along water levels.
