Dear Sir/ Mam,

M. J. College Department of Pharmacy is going to celebrate World Pharmacist Day 2022.
On this great day we would like to organize blood donation camp. For that we are requesting
you to accept our request for conduction of blood donation camp in college premises on date
27/09/2022. All the necessary documents have been sending to your official email address,
which you can read and revert to me if there is anything missing for getting the permission.
You are invited to have a check yourself regarding the preparations that have been done for
the blood donation camp, and if you find any deficiency in the arrangements and then
immediate steps will be taken to correct them so that the health of the people donating blood
is given top priority, and when you have given your assurance, then only the camp will be
started.
