PURE ONLINE REVIEW OLICIES & REGULATIONS
SEPTEMBER 2024 LEPT REVIEW

Before enrolling in FTRC, we require everyone to read and understand the Policies and
Regulations of the FTRC ONLINE REVIEW Platform. After reading the said regulations and if you still want
to enroll in our review center, you are required to SIGN every page of this document and submit this to the
assigned email address.

1. The moment you sign this document and after paying the required review fee, you will be officially
enrolled as a student of FTRC. You agree to be included in the roster of FTRC topnotchers and
passers, hereby allowing FTRC to use your name in any information, promotional, and other
forms of communications and marketing means.

2. You confirm that you are enrolled ONLY in FTRC and are NOT currently and or previously
enrolled in other review centers whether it be online or face-to-face review platforms
Likewise, you ATTEST the following:
a. I am EXCLUSIVELY enrolled at Falculan Twins’ Review Center (FTRC) and to no other
review centers;
b. I will NOT ALLOW my name to be published/marketed/uploaded by other review centers
in any platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) should I top the Sept.
2024 LEPT;
c. I will only allow FTRC and NOT any other review centers to interview me for marketing
purpose in the event that I will TOP the Sept. 2024 LEPT;
d. I will NOT ACCEPT any incentive/remuneration from other review centers should they
offer monetary incentive for me to become part of their list of topnotchers if I top the Sept.
2024 LEPT. Accepting such incentive/remuneration means that I WILLFULLY deceived
FTRC in my attestation that I am SOLELY enrolled at FTRC.
Violation of which will result to EXPULSION without refund from FTRC.

3. If the reviewee (who has signed this contract and attended the sessions of FTRC for at least
HALF of the whole review sessions) will be DROPPED OUT due to UNEXCUSED absences,
violation of FTRC rules, etc., FTRC will still have the right to claim him/her as a passer or
topnotcher should he/pass pass or top the LEPT.

4. Reviewees who have direct or indirect relation to any person and or staff/owner/family of
another review center or those reviewees working under the tutelage of another review center
are NOT allowed to enroll. Violation of which will result to EXPULSION without refund from
FTRC.

5. You are PROHIBITED from sharing ALL FTRC materials (handouts, lecture questions/videos,
ratio and run-through questions, etc.) to any person or via online platforms which include but not
limited to Tiktok, Youtube, Email, FB page/gc, etc. Photocopying of FTRC materials and sharing
them will result to being dropped out of the review center without refund from FTRC.

6. PAYMENTS made in FTRC are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

7. Only those part of the SEPTEMBER 2024 LEPT (WITH Notice of Admissions or NOA) are allowed
to join the PRE-FINAL and FINAL COACHING SESSIONS. Hence, those who opt to enroll are
expected to take the September 2024 LEPT only.

8. Once you have already chosen your preferred session, you are NOT allowed to transfer to
another session. Transferring to another session will make your previous payments null and
void EXCEPT if there is a valid reason, but you need to pay a TRANSER FEE of P300.00. Hence,
you have to make sure that you are free from work and other businesses/concerns during your
chosen review session.

9. You are required to always be POLITE in dealing with your staff, lecturers and co-reviewees
during the duration of the review whether in-class or after class (especially in your assigned fb gc
or page) interaction. Those who show CONSISTENT rude behavior toward
staff/lecturers/students will be subject to expulsion without refund from FTRC.

10. You are required to attend the online review classes religiously. Students who will commit three
(3) consecutive absences or five (5) non-consecutive absences WITHOUT valid REASON
will be DROPPED OUT from the review class WITHOUT REFUND from FTRC. If there are valid
reasons for the absence, students should submit PROOF/EVIDENCE to their assigned staff why
they were absent from the review.

11. This ONLINE REVIEW is done SYNCHRONOUSLY. This means that you are required to attend the
online review class religiously. We DO NOT PROVIDE recorded videos and special review
classes to absentees. Hence, we encourage students to attend the class on the assigned review
dates.
12. PURE ONLINE REVIEW means that ONLINE REVIEW CLASSES may be done using the following
styles/format:

a. Live Review Classes of Lecturers via FTRC Zoom App;

b. Pre-recorded videos of discussion classes which will be facilitated by the lecturers via the
FTRC App;
c. Pre-Recorded Videos of previous board exam questions which will be presented in the
FTRC App and facilitated by the lecturers/staff;
d. Pre-final Coaching and Final Coaching Classes will be done synchronously. However,
lecturers will NOT be discussing LIVE but only pre-recorded videos of rationalization of
board examination questions will be presented and facilitated by the assigned
lecturers/staff via FTRC Zoom App.

13. Since this is an online review class, Strong INTERNET CONNECTION is required. Students are also
required to TURN their CAMERAS ON at all times. This is to ensure that NO STUDENTS are doing
irrelevant/unnecessary activities. Non-compliance of this will result to being placed in the ZOOM
WAITING ROOM. Consistent DISREGARD of this rule/policy will result to being DROPPED OUT of
the review WITHOUT refund from FTRC.

14. You are required to wear EARPHONES every online review class. Traditional wired earphones are
the only ones allowed during review classes. Bluetooth or wireless earphones are STRICTLY
PROHIBITED.

15. FTRC APP will be used for the online review. ONE DEVICE, ONE ACCOUNT Policy will be
implemented.

16. This FTRC App will DISABLE SCREENSHOT and SCREEN RECORDING CAPACITY.
Likewise, this App will DETECT students who will be MULTI-TASKING during the Review.

a. Multi-tasking such as opening your FB, Tiktok, Gmail and other websites and WORKING
while the review is on-going is STRICLTY PROHIBITED. FTRC APP will put you in an
OFFLINE MODE the moment you use other websites. Once OFFLINE, your assigned staff
will put you in the ZOOM WAITING ROOM. Again, our main aim is for our students to FOCUS
100% in the review to ensure 100% PASSING PERFORMANCE and produce MANY
TOPNOTCHERS by God’s grace; hence, the reason for this strict policy.

17. The following are the requirements for the Online Review:

a. ONLY ANDROID CELLPHONES are ALLOWED to be USED in the online review class.
Laptops, IPAD, Tablets, Macbook/Apple and other devices are NOT ALLOWED. The
following are the requirements for the CELLPHONE:
i. Android Cellphone - Version 9.0 and above.
ii. At least 5Gb storage capacity and 4gb physical RAM

b. Your Cellphone needs to have a VISOR. A VISOR can be constructed using TWO FOLDERS
or BIG CARTOON that cover both sides and top part of the cellphone.

Sample Cellphone Visor:

a. Students are required to use a LARGE-SIZE Mirror. Atleast 1 METER LONG. This is
not an application but a real mirror which will be hung and positioned horizontally in
order for our staff to see your hands, CP and your review surrounding. This is done to
make sure that NO ONE is taking pictures or videos of the materials/ppts/videos
which we strictly prohibit while the review class is on- going.

a. During the Discussion, you are allowed to take down notes but make sure that your
hands are visible. However, during the Pre-final and Final Coaching Sessions, NO ONE
is allowed to TAKE DOWN NOTES.

b. Situate yourself at a room corner/wall without people at your back, side or any
angle that will be visible in the mirror. Our lecturers/staff will check your
surroundings before the start of class.

c. No other CPs and other recording devices (except that installed with FTRC App)
are allowed during the review proper. Make sure that the FTRC app is installed
in a phone NOT used for personal messages, calls, texts, etc.
d. During the review proper and INCLUDING break time, students are NOT
ALLOWED to use cellphones. 100% focus should be invested during the review
proper. However, if there are emergency situations, you may contact your assigned
staff to ask for permission to leave the meeting to attend to your concerns or issues,
but you will be allowed to return to the meeting afterwards.
18. You are required to PUT your hands on CHIN during the Pre-final and Final Coaching sessions.
In addition, your half body should be visible in the camera frame. This is done to avoid
students from taking pictures/ recording materials during the review. Consistent DISREGARD
of this rule/policy will result to being DROPPED OUT of the review WITHOUT refund from
FTRC.

19. Sleeping (while the class is on-going) is PROHIBITED.

20. EATING (while the class is on-going) is allowed as long as your hands are VISIBLE in the
camera frame.
21. CR break will be provided by the lecturers.
22. Late/Tardy reviewees with VALID reason should inform their staff in advance regarding
their situation.
23. Those with internet connection PROBLEMS should contact their ASSIGNED
STAFF/LECTURER.
24. REVIEW PAYMENT
BSED: P8,700.00
Down Payment: P2,000.00 - During Enrollment Proper
First Payment: P3,100.00 – June 16, 2024
Second Payment: P2,500 – July 1, 2024
Final Payment: P1,100.00 – Aug. 16, 2024

BEED: P7,700.00
Down Payment: P2,000.00 - During Enrollment Proper
First Payment: P2,600.00 - June 16, 2024
Second Payment: P2,000 - July 1, 2024
Final Payment: P1,100.00 - Aug. 16, 2024

Students are required to PAY the REVIEW FEE on the SCHEDULED DATE. Non- Payment of
FEES will result to being DROPPED OUT from the review class without refund of previous
payments made.

Note: The rules stipulated above may seem to be strict but rest assured that FTRC MANAGEMENT will DO its
BEST to help all enrolled FTRCians reach their dreams of becoming not only Licensed Professional Teachers
(LPTs) but topnotchers as well (by God’s grace).

I have read the above FTRC Rules/Regulations and Policies before affixing my signature and
warrant that I fully understand and agree of the contents thereof. Likewise, I agree to whatever additional
policies that FTRC wants to implement which are not stipulated in this document.
