Performed on Samsung HS70 and RS80A Color Doppler Ultrasound machine, equipped with Linear/ Convex / Endocavity
transducer with advanced features of the 3D/4D imaging and 5D Cine scans and Elastography (First time in Sonepat)
No Contrast injected.

[Clinical History: Complaint of pain in abdomen]

Observations:
 Right kidney is normal in size (102x46mm) and outline. Cortical echogenicity is normal.
Cortico Medullary (CM) differentiation is well maintained. No calculus/ hydronephrosis is
seen.
 Left kidney is normal in size (106x36mm) and outline. Cortical echogenicity is normal.
Cortico Medullary (CM) differentiation is well maintained. No calculus/ hydronephrosis is
seen.
A obstructing Calculus Approx 06mm is seen in ureter.
 Urinary bladder is distended. Wall thickness is within normal limits.
Calculus approx. 18mm is seen in the urinary bladder.

 Prostate is normal in size. Its echopattern is normal. Median lobe projection is not seen.
Capsule is intact.
 Visible bowel wall thickness is within normal limits.
 No evidence of significant mesenteric or retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.
 No evidence of free fluid in abdomen.
