soldiers to work as a team.

guidelines are put in place by the authorities. We should motivate others to do so too.

Q. 3. (B) Appreciation of Poem :
Animals
   The poem ‘Animals’ has been penned by Walt Whitman.
   The poet has broken away from the conventional use of a rhyme scheme and has
written the poem in free verse.
   The chief figure of speech used in the poem is Repetition. Lines such as ‘They do
not sweat …’, ‘They do not lie awake …’, ‘They do not make me sick …’ make a strong
impact, expressing the qualities that humans should possess, but do not. The other
figures of speech are Alliteration, Tautology, Hyperbole, etc.
   The central idea of the poem is that animals today are better than humans. The
poet admires animals.

fast food.
Q. 4. (B) Summary :
Improving Brain Focus
   Instead of caffeine, we can make use of healthy fats to help the brain to focus.
Consuming omega-3 fatty acids can improve cognition and memory. These nutrients
can be found in various types of fish or we can consume it in capsule form. They
can also be found in various fruits, vegetables and seeds. As we age, we become
vulnerable to oxidative stress. For approximately four per cent of adults who are
affected by attention deficit disorder, a change in diet may not be sufficient. They may
need medical help to improve brain focus.
