NOTICE

Due to the ongoing heat wave, and looking into the safety of students and Faculty members,
the University has decided to hold all classes of Certificate courses, Diploma, UG, PG and
PhD programmes through online mode. Therefore, as directed, it is hereby informed to all
concerned that with effect from April 23, 2024, Tuesday, all classes of the University will be
held online for the next seven days or till further notice, whichever is earlier.

The Deans/Directors/HODs/Unit Heads are requested to note the following:

1) That, they will ensure smooth conduction of online classes during the aforesaid
period;
2) That, there will be no offline practical classes during this period, unless otherwise
guided by the respective Unit Heads;
3) That, the clinical training of the School of Nursing and Department of Allied Health
Sciences, any internship/project will continue as per schedule unless otherwise guided
by the respective Unit Heads;
4) That, they need to make the required timetable for the online classes during the next
seven days and submit it to the TIC Admin by 5.00 p.m. on April 22, 2024;
5) That, they will ensure to record the attendance of all online classes and send a report
to TIC Admin as and when asked for.
All other Offices of the University will remain open during this period and attendance in the
Academic Departments only will be guided by their respective Unit Heads.

Students and Faculty members are requested to keep themselves safe and hydrated during this
time.
