Subject: To inspect the Barriers of Katara South Hills Khasta 1

1. Report Summary:

- In accordance with Mosanada's instructions, TTG teams inspect the barriers at Katara South
Hills Khasta 1.

2. Observation

- When TTG team reach to the location both Entry and Exit Barriers is already removed by
other.
- Refer to task PMS 625- There was damaged presence loop of exit & Barrier arm of both
entry & exit.

3. Action taken:

- The Traffic Tech team went to inspect the barriers but did not find them since they had
already been removed by another team.

- Provide Mosanada with information and explain the scenario of the location, as well as
updated photos of the location.

4. Root Cause:

- Katara security must provide the root cause because barrier is missing from the site.

5. Recommendation and conclusion:

- As a result, it is recommended that the Katara security team investigates why barriers are
removed without informing Mosanada and where they are currently kept.
