-1/2 kg long beans

-thick coconut milk from 1/2 coconut (you can use 1 box coconut milk)

-15 red onions thinly sliced

-7 cloves of garlic thinly sliced

-to taste thinly sliced chilies

-1 tsp crushed shrimp paste with a little salt and oil

-1/2 lime

-2 bay leaves

-1 stalk of lemongrass, the white part is crushed

-to taste thinly sliced chilies

-cooking oil

ground spices :

-1 cm turmeric

-2 pcs candlenuts

-1 kencur segment

-garlic

-salt to taste

-if you like flavoring

How to make
Step 1
Wash long beans clean,
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil, boil the long beans / don't overcook them, let them cool
then shred them / cut them in half and set aside
Step 3
Fry the shallots until crisp. Set aside
Step 4
Fry the garlic until crisp. Set aside
Step 5
Fry the chilies until cooked, set aside
Step 6
Fry the shrimp paste until cooked, set aside
Step 7
Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the coconut milk, bay leaves,
lemongrass and stir continuously until the coconut milk thickens. Remove from heat
and wait to cool.
Step 8
Take a bowl, place the shredded long beans, add the fried shallots, fried white
onions, fried chilies, shrimp paste, pour in the thick coconut milk and lime juice,
mix well to taste.
