1. Request for Sandpaper 600&1000 to be given to MCB for them to do Scraping of floor painting; Finish it with Sandpaper 1
2. Pan washing Area Fire Ext transfer of location to left wall of entrance door
3. Protection Boulard or Guarding of Utilities at Oven/Proofer Area
4. Install stainless sheets at oven area floor drains as blinds
5. Scada51 (Inside Warehouse Outbound) re-install Control at the wall (nakalambitin)
6. Replace leaking faucet at chicken cooking line
7. Fix the Electrical Power Supply of the Machines at MCB Prod Area (please see ref. photos)
8. Fix screw blind plates at the floor of MCB Hallway and Production area near Mixers (Plates are just
at the floor not screwed so madali masipa and matanggal sa pwesto
9. Please apply sealant to Open Gap in the wall between Oven Area and Dough Area (Binabahayan ng Ipis)
