member of our team that is implementing KarmYog for 21st Century’s Plant Library mission with the
following terms and conditions:

Date of joining and Location: 27th April 2024

Position: Retail and Sales Executive
Period of probation: 3 months
Minimum Guarantee: Rs 5,000 per month + Travel allowance on actuals if related to
work + incentives ( to be defined)

Our objective is that in 3 months you will earn at least Rs 20,000 per month through our incentive
structure.

During your selection, we have had several opportunities to discuss the roles and responsibilities expected
from you. On successful completion of the probation period, your mode of engagement will be revised on
your performance as well as the contribution made by you towards the success of the KarmYog for 21st
Century’s KarmYog Vatika Mission
