SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT is entered into between:

(2) _________________________, 37 years old, female, married, resident of

_________________________________ and a verified Binance P2P Merchant with
Merchant Name _____________________________.

WHEREAS, sometime on May 2023, _________________ and a Facebook user with name
Andres Garza had a transaction through FB Messenger about an investment scheme. The former
was enticed to join in the said scheme and was asked to send her initial investment amounting to One
Thousand Pesos (P1,000) to a GCASH account no. __________________.

WHEREAS, on May 6, 2023, _________________________ had a P2P trade with a Binance

user with username “PROMISE”. The latter ordered from the former a USDT crypto worth One
Thousand Pesos (P1,000) with order no. 20488058832865333248 and opted to pay via GCASH to
Account No. _______________.

WHEREAS, on that same day, May 6, 2023, _________________________sent her initial

investment to the GCASH No ____________ which was referred to her by an Andres Garza. After
payment, _________________________sent the GCASH receipt with reference no. 8009707322047
to Andres Garza.

WHEREAS, on that same day, May 6, 2023, the Binance user with username/merchant name
“PROMISE” marked his ordered USDT crypto worth One Thousand Pesos (P1,000) with order no.
20488058832865333248 as paid and sent to _________________________ the GCASH receipt with
reference no. 8009707322047.

WHEREAS, on that same day, May 6, 2023, _________________________ verified and

confirmed in his GCASH Account with No. ___________ that a One Thousand pesos (P1,000) was
credited, with reference no. 8009707322047. Thereafter, _________________________ in good
faith, released the ordered USDT crypto to Binance user with username/merchant name “PROMISE”.

WHEREAS, _________________________after sending her initial investment, the Andres

Garza did not anymore communicate with her which resulted her to doubt on the said investment
scheme.

WHEREAS, _________________________reported the GCASH account no. ___________

and filed a complaint in __________________ for an alleged scam incident.

WHEREAS, as a result, GCASH Account No. 09704538309 was blocked and

_________________________ is not able to access the funds thereof.

FINALLY, _________________________ coordinated with Toril Police Station and CHERIE T

TAMBUYAT. The former agrees to return the One Thousand Pesos (P1,000) and the latter agrees to
withdraw her GCASH complaint.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises,
