support, Mori Seiki was the first to introduce 24/7 (365 days a year) telephone support
in 2001. In 2006, Iga achieved a 92% rate of dispatch of parts within 24 hours. In April
of 2007, we extended the product warranty period in Japan from one year to two years,
creating an environment that allows customers to use our products free of worry. In
addition, based on the principle that a stable network of bases is essential to providing
uniform, high-quality service throughout the world, we have established numerous
technical centers, parts centers, and service centers in Japan and other countries. We
have also stationed many expert staff members with strong engineering backgrounds to

Last year, in order to meet the growing need of manufacturing industries for

Productivity Show 2007” held at our Chiba Campus in November of last
year, we showed how the New Operation Standards Form is actually used
in the assembly process for the NT Series of integrated mill turn centers.
The New Operation Standards Form is also being used in production of
