EPIL, a ‘Mini Ratna’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under the aegis of Department of Heavy Industries, Ministry of Heavy
Industries & Public Enterprises, Govt. of India with turnover of more than ` 1600 Crores, engaged in execution of wide
range of multi facet projects on turnkey basis in Power, Steel, Industrial, Civil & Infrastructure Sectors, requires Project
Engineers on Contract Basis to be appointed on contract basis for EPI Project Site at Khurja.

1. Duration of Contract for Project Engineer shall be initially for a period 01 years or till the completion of Project
whichever is earlier. The appointment shall be co-terminus with the tenure of the project. The appointment on
contract basis will not confer any right to claim absorption in regular establishment of the Company or for
appointment in other projects of the Company at any time.
2. The Project Engineer will be paid a consolidated salary of `35,000/- (inclusive of all).Salary is subject to
Statuary deductions notified from time to time by the Government of India.
3. The qualification, experience, maximum age for the posts of vacancies shall be as under:

1. Project `35,000/- Degree in civil engineering from a recognized 35 Years

Engineer (Consolidated) University /Institute with “Minimum 05 Years”
(FQA) -01 experience in project construction in Power, Cement,
Steel or relevant Heavy industries. Out of which
minimum 3 years in the field of “Field Quality
Control/Assurance”
Or
Full time Diploma in civil engineering from a
recognized University /Institute with “Minimum 07
Years” experience in project construction in Power,
Cement, Steel or relevant Heavy industries. Out of
which minimum 5 years in the field of “Field Quality
Control/Assurance”
2. Project `35,000/- Degree in civil engineering from a recognized 35 Years
Engineer (Consolidated) University /Institute with “Minimum 05 Years”
(Civil) – 01 experience in Supervision of Civil works in Project
construction field of which minimum 02 years of
experience in Power project construction, Cement, Steel
or relevant Heavy industries.
Or
Full time Diploma in civil engineering from a
recognized University /Institute with “Minimum 07
Years” experience in Supervision of Civil works in
Project construction field of which minimum 04 years
of experience in Power project construction, Cement,
Steel or relevant Heavy industries.
3. Project `35,000/- Degree in any branch from a recognized 35 Years
Engineer (Consolidated) university/Institute and diploma in industrial safety
(Safety) - 01 Environment with “Minimum 05 Years” experience as
safety personnel at construction Site.

The above qualifications must be recognized by All India Council for Technical Education, University Grant Commission
and/or any other Statutory Authority/Board.

 Age Relaxation will be considered in case of deserving Candidates

4. Relaxation will be considered in case of SC/ST and OBC applicants.
5. Selection of candidates shall be done by duly constituted “Walk-in-Interview Board”.
6. For above recruitment, a walk-in-interview will be held on 28.01.2020 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM onwards at EPI’s
Northern Regional Office, Second Floor, Core-3, SCOPE Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003.
