Today, I would like to share some ideas about sport and exercise

Firstly let’s talk about sport

1. Question 1: What’s your favorite kind of sport?


- My favorite sport is badminton. I am into playing badminton at the weekends with my
friend . It’s a wonderful sport and I’m pretty good at it.

2. Why is it your favourite one?


- I think badminton is a fantastic way to get some exercise and unwind stress after an
industrious week. It helps me create good memories with people.

3. How important are sports in our lives? Why?


- Sports are very important in our lives, because they a means of relaxation Improve
physical and mental health, feel comfortable and relaxed, to provoke positive energy

Second ly let’s talk about exercise

1. Question 1: How often do you do exercise?


- I often do exercise three times a week. I spend 1 hours doing exercise at home or going
out to play sport with my friends.

2. Question 2: Would you prefer to do exercise alone or with other people?


- I am into doing exercise with other people rather than alone. Exercising alone only
improves my physical and mental health. Exercising with other people not only improves
my physical and mental health but also improves emotions.
3. Question 3: How important is it to do exercise?
- Doing exercise very important for health. It helps to improve physical and mental healh,
maintain a healthy lifestyle and Improve the quality of my life.
