I. Internship Proposed:
II. Description of the Internship: The report will mainly focus on the learning and conduction of induction
sections and maintaining the records of old and new trainees and employees. We also have a proper learning
management system – “we learn” , where employee training, reorientation etc happens. Conducting
acculturation test, interviews & turning the learnings into a progressive pathway.
III. Objective of the Internship: The main objective of this internship is to get a proper picture about one of
the sectors in Human Resource management, that is Learning & Development. And how it is effectively
used and implemented throughout the sector of hospitality through learning management system, online
trainings etc.
IV. Methodology: Creating dashboard, Understanding the data analysis using Excel,
learning of the joining, process for the new employees.
V. Schedule:- 1st March, 2024 : Initial Information Report Submission
11th March, 2024: Proposal Submission.
11th April, 2024 : Interim Report Submission
10th May, 2024 : Final Evaluation.
