 First monthly amortization starts 30 days after the date of reservation.
 Misc. Fees is 7% of the TCP to be paid anytime or on the 1st Year (2024)
 Any change in the details of this reservation shall incur ₱2,000, per lot, per change, as re-
documentation admin fee, to be shoulder by the Buyer.
 In the event of changes in lot size, due to revisions made by the HLURB, Bureau of Lands etc., I hereby
agree to sign a new Reservation Agreement with the necessary adjustments.
 Unpaid 1st Monthly Amortization will mean automatic cancellation of the slot.
 Unpaid Three (3) Consecutive Monthly Amortization shall mean cancellation of your reserved lot.
 This reservation agreement complies with the provisions of RA 6552 or commonly known as Maceda Law or
Buyer Installment Act.
 Delay on Monthly Amortization shall mean 3% penalty.
 Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
