- I’m terribly/awfully sorry - Forget about it.
- I can’t tell you how sorry I am. - No harm is done.
- Sorry, I didn’t mean to … - Don’t bother yourself.

Example:
A: I apologise for the mistakes in the report.
B: Never mind. It can happen to anyone.
