Process for Instructors

4. Virtual Internship Sandbox with Industry Problem (Mentored projects) –45 Hours
a) Facilitated Industry connect session with Q&A (120 mins) followed by pre recorded track wise
sessions b) Problem statement (To be shared after industry session)
c) Review and Evaluation of the submission (Internship coordinator/faculty at the respective
institution)
 Virtual Internship Program Student Eligibility

Only Cisco Networking Academy currently pursuing

1st, 2nd & 3rd year technical degree {(like B.Tech, BCA, BSc
(IT/CS), MCA, MSc (IT / CS)} may participate in the program.
1st& 2ndyear students enrolled in any technical diploma courses

•(For students who have already completed all the recommended courses their instructors
may enroll and mark them as passed in the virtual internship class they have created).
 Student Process
1.Students will complete registration on AICTE
internship portal
2.The students will share internships
registration details with instructor
for Approval.
3.The instructor will create required courses
and enroll students
4.Students will complete all recommended
courses
5.Students will attend the industry session
6.Students will solve the Problem statement &
get it validated
7.Students will receive the certificate

 Instructor Process
1.Instructors will create required classes for
internships.

2.The Course id & Course Name of the class should be

India_Internship _<name of the academy>_<name of the course>

3. Instructor will Enroll students to the course.

4. Instructor will attend the orientation session
organized by the partner

5. Instructor will ensure that the students

registered on AICTE internship portal,complete

all the requirements and attend industry session

6.The instructor will co-ordinate with the ASC

partner to receive the certificates

Student Registration on AICTE Portal Student Approval on AICTE Portal

Once the registration starts, the instructor
will as students to register for AICTE virtual
internships
Instructor will collect the student enrollment
details and pass onto Cisco ASC team
Upon receipt of data from partner, students will be
approved for internships program on AICTE portal
At end of the program, successful students will be
marked as certified on AICTE portal
