In relation to that, today we are going to learn

about menstrual cycle and its phases.

Okay class lets read the facts about

menstruation. The pupils will read:

The phases of menstrual cycle are:

1.Menstrual phase(menstruation)

 Refers to as "period" or woman's

monthly bleeding.
 The first menstrual bleeding is called

2. Ovulation phase

 Is the release of mature egg from the

surface of the ovary

4.Luteal Phase

It occurs after ovulation (when your ovaries
