appropriate instructions and training to ensure the well-being and safety of all employees, co-workers and the

The company will provide the knowledge required and

the level of skill needed to carry out the jobs to be
undertaken. On completion of training, competency
will be assessed by management. As technology is im-
proved and methods change, knowledge and skill
levels will be updated through the required channels.

This programme will be audited periodically to identity non- compliance to standard, strength and weaknesses in
the management system. From the audit an action plan will be completed to further develop and enhance the
programme.

Services are rendered as per Halkoff Logistics International’s procedures and Products/services will only be sup-

Mr. Kofa Shamsuddeen Aminu is the pioneer C.E.O of Halkoff Logistics International Limited. He is a product of
Bayero University Kano State where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in sociology and Political
Science. He is experienced in Haulage, vessel and other sea voyage activities.

Kofa Sani Aminu is an executive director in Halkoff Logistics International Limited. An amiable hard-working
gentle- man, Kofa Sani Aminu came on board the company based on his vast experience in this particular field. This
experience he has being able to gather on the job. He has worked across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Alhaji Abdu Dantata is a director in Halkoff Logistics International Limited International Limited having acquired a
vast knowledge of business rudiments and its dynamics with several blue-chip companies in Nigeria. He is an
Executive Director in Dangote Group.

Diane Chine
Diane Chine a Lawyer by profession with an LLB, BL and LLM obtained from the University of Lagos. She is also a
professional member of the Chartered Institute of personnel Management as well as the Chartered Institute of
Taxationin Nigeria.

She has over 13 years of experience in Litigation and Corporate Legal practice having started her career with Aelex
low Firm. She was appointed on the Management Board of Halkoff logistics International Limited in 2014 and has
brought here wealth of experience in ensuring the Company conforms to both national and international standards
of best practice.
