“A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTIONS 5, ART VII, SECTION 3, ART. VIII AND
ART XI OF THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF
____________________ ASSOCIATION”

Be It Ordained by the ________________ in the General Assembly Meeting that:

Section 1: Section 5, Art VII of the Constitution and By-Laws of

______________________ is hereby amended by adding paragraph (b) to read
as follows:

ART. VII. MEETINGS OF THE ASSOCIATIONS.

b. Association’s officers and members attending the General Assembly

meeting or any other meeting called by the association shall be exempted for
the payment of the boundary for a half day or whole day depending on the
length of the meeting.

Section 2: Section 3, Art VIII of the Constitution and By-Laws of

______________________ is hereby amended by adding paragraph (b) to read
as follows:

Section 3, Art. VIII. MONTHLY DUES

(b) to ensure payment of the monthly dues, members who are renewing
their MTOP’s are required to obtained a clearance from the Association’s
President before renewing their MTOP’s.

Section 3: ART. XI entitled “MISCELLANEOUS PROVISION” is hereby amended by

adding Section 2, to read as follows:

Section 2. EXEMPTION FROM PAYMENT OF BOUNDARY DURING

TODDay. Members of the association are encourage to attend the TODDay
of which an exemption for the payment of boundary is granted to members
attending the event, provided however that proof of attendance is presented
upon claim.

Section 4: ENFORCEMENT. It shall be the duty of the association to enforce the

provision of this resolution.

Section 5: SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If any provision or part of this Resolution be

declared void or unconstitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of the
other provisions or parts of this Resolution.

Section 6: EFFECTIVITY. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
approval.
