Rationale:
The event is said to celebrate the founding anniversary of Nazareth High
School of Bansalan Inc. by conducting varieties of programs and events such as
Academic, Socio-Cultural and Sports. These may be given to the teachers, faculty
and staff and students of the said institution.

The teachers or advisers must check the attendance of their students. Those students
who have been listed as absent may be given sunctions ( notebooks, pencils, and
elementary writing pad) depending on their number of absences.

 Students must secure an index card for their attendance and the advisers will
always check the attendance of their students.
 instead of competition by grade level, there will be a fusion of grade level and it
should be done through drawlots. (applicable for the ballgames)

ACTIVITY PLAN

Event: Leadership Seminar

Date: January 27-28, 2023
Venue: Nazareth Covered Court
Participants: SSG Officers, Classroom President, and MOD Officers
Rationale:
The leadership seminar help students develope their knowledge and personal
expressions to become a responsible leader. It also help them aware the true
essense of becoming a leader or a servant leader in Nazareth High School of
Bansalan Inc.
Program:
The seminar will start at 9 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the
afternoon. Participants will bring notebook and pen for recording. There will be a
guest speaker from Davao and former SSG leader of Nazareth.

Suggested Budget:
Materials: Bond Paper, Manila Paper, Markers, Tokens and Certificates
Snacks: juice and bread,
(Note: Each participants will contribute P50.00 for the expenses)
