RULES AND MECHANICS:

1. The time allotted for the face-to-face physical presentation is strictly five (5)
minutes only which must be delivered individually, in tandem or by a team.
Presenter/s exceeding five (5) minutes will have a five-point deduction every one (1)
minute or a one-point deduction every 12 seconds, in their final score. Presenter/s
whose presentation will extend for less than 12 seconds, will also be subjected to a
one-point deduction.

2. Following immediately the presentation will be a 3-Minutes Question and
Answer. Questions coming from Jurors/ Audience will be facilitated.

3. Only one (1) single static PowerPoint slide is permitted (without any slide
transitions, animations or ‘movement’ of any description; the slide is to be
presented at the start of the pitch).
4. No additional electronic media (e.g., sound and video files) are permitted.

5. Dress code is the official ISU-E school uniform. No additional props
(e.g., costumes, musical instruments, laboratory equipment) are permitted.

will incur a two-point deduction in their final score.
7. Presentations are to be spoken word (i.e., no poems, raps or songs). Medium of
delivery in English or in a combination of English & Filipino. No Interpreter is
allowed using foreign language.
