1. In compliance with DepEd Memorandum No. 43, s. 2020, entitled Guidelines on

the Alternative Work Arrangement in the Department of Education in light of
the COVID-19 Stringent Social Distancing Measures and in the interest of the
service, you are hereby authorized to report to Victoria Elementary School,
Victoria, Laguna to render your regular duties and responsibilities as Utility
Worker/Caretaker of the said school from March 17 to April 14, 2020.

2. Transportation and other incidental expenses to this travel are chargeable

against local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.
