to supplier

❑ A credit note received from supplier

5) Return Inwards Journal

❑ To record transactions involving goods returned by a


customer

❑ A credit note issued to a customer

6) Cash Receipt Journal

❑ To record all cash received from any sources

❑ The most common is the receipt and the cash


register summary

7) Cash Payment Journal

❑ To record all outflow of cash from the business for any


purposes

❑ Payment vouchers, cheque butt
