INDEMNITY BOND

This indemnity bond is executed on this 02ND DAY of MAY 2024 by SHRI INDER THAKUR ALIAS INDER SINGH
THAKUR S/O SHRI MOHAN LAL THAKUR R/O H No - 23, POCKET-3, SECTOR-11, DWARKA, SOUTH WEST DELHI,
DELHI-110075, hereinafter called the ‘Executants’ which term shall include his/ her heirs, successors, executors,
administrators and legal assigns, in favour of the President of lndia/Delhi Development Authority, which term shall
include its heirs, successors, executors administrators and legal assigns.

WHEREAS the Executants are the Purchaser(s) and in physical possession of the property/parcel of land measuring
117.05 Sq. Mitr., having Floor GROUND FLOOR, out of total number of floors constructed GROUND FLOOR, on
TOTAL AREA MEASURING 140 SQ.YDS. OUT OF KHASRA NO. 25/4 & 25/5 PLOT NO ........., GIS ID No. of Geo-
Coordinates file DDA/GIS/16022022063840/354380 SITUATED IN THE REVENUE ESTATE OF VILLAGE QUTBA
PUR, DELHI, STATE DELHI, ABADI KNOWN AS QUTUB VIHAR, NEW DELHI-110071, Under Unauthorized Colony
Regn. No_1193, under a valid Agreement to sell dated 31 st Day of JANUARY 2006 AND WHEREAS the Executants
have applied for conferment/recognition of ownership rightin respect of the above referred property.

AND WHEREAS the Authority, on the faith and representation made to it, has agreed to confer/recognize the
ownership right, to the Executant, in respect of the above referred property, subject to the Executants giving such
indemnity, as is hereinafter contained and keeping the Authority harmless from any claim which anyone may, at
any time, institute against the Authority, in respect of the above referred property.

Now, this deed witnesses that in consideration of the Authority agreeing to confer/recognize the ownership right,
to the Executant, in respect of the above referred property, the executants hereby covenant with the Authority,
that they will at all times indemnify and keep harmless the Authority from all claims and demands made and all
actions and proceedings taken against the Authority, by anyone in respect of the aforesaid property or any part
thereof, on any ground whatsoever.

ln witness whereof the Executant(s) SHRI INDER THAKUR ALIAS INDER SINGH THAKUR have signed and delivered
this bond on this 02ND DAY of MAY 2024.
