INDEMNITY BOND

This indemnity bond is executed on this 22 DAY of FEBRUARY 2024 by SHRI MITHLESH SINGH YADAV S/O SHRI
BABBAN SINGH YADAV R/O HOUSE NO-A1994/4, GALI MO-10, INDER ENCLAVE PHASE-2, KIRARI SULEMAN
NAGAR, NORTH WEST DELHI, DELHI-110086, hereinafter called the ‘Executants’ which term shall include his/ her
heirs, successors, executors, administrators and legal assigns, in favour of the President of lndia/Delhi
Development Authority, which term shall include its heirs, successors, executors administrators and legal assigns.

WHEREAS the Executants are the Purchaser(s) and in physical possession of the property/parcel of land measuring
22.57 Sq. Mitr., having Floor No.- GROUND, FIRST, SECOND, THIRD AND FOUR FLOOR (G+4), out of total number
of floors constructed GROUND, FIRST, SECOND, THIRD AND FOUR FLOOR (G+4) on, TOTAL MEASURING 27
SQ.YDS. OUT OF KHASRA NO. 36/13, 14, PLOT NO. 34-B/4, STREET/BLOCK NO. N/A, GIS ID No. of Geo-
Coordinates file DDA/GIS/06012022105535/351367 SITUATED AT VILLAGE KIRARI SULEMAN NAGAR (PATTI
NITHARI), STATE DELHI COLONY KNOWN AS A-BLOCK, INDER ENCLAVE PHASE-II, DELHI, Under Unauthorized
Colony Regn. No_58, under a valid Agreement to sell dated 11th AUGUST 2006 AND WHEREAS the Executants
have applied for conferment/recognition of ownership rightin respect of the above referred property.

AND WHEREAS the Authority, on the faith and representation made to it, has agreed to confer/recognize the
ownership right, to the Executant, in respect of the above referred property, subject to the Executants giving such
indemnity, as is hereinafter contained and keeping the Authority harmless from any claim which anyone may, at
any time, institute against the Authority, in respect of the above referred property.

Now, this deed witnesses that in consideration of the Authority agreeing to confer/recognize the ownership right,
to the Executant, in respect of the above referred property, the executants hereby covenant with the Authority,
that they will at all times indemnify and keep harmless the Authority from all claims and demands made and all
actions and proceedings taken against the Authority, by anyone in respect of the aforesaid property or any part
thereof, on any ground whatsoever.

ln witness whereof the Executant(s) SHRI MITHLESH SINGH YADAV have signed and delivered this bond on this
22 DAY of FEBRUARY 2024.
