INDEMNITY BOND

This indemnity bond is executed on this 22 DAY of FEBRUARY 2024 by SHRI SANDEEP KUMAR MISHRA S/O SHRI
BAIDYANATH MISHRA R/O 79, K-1, EXTENTION, ZAILDAR ENCLAVE, NEAR KAMAL MODEL SR. SEC. SCHOOL,
MOHAN GARDEN, D. K. MOHAN GARDEN, WEST DELHI, DELHI-110059, hereinafter called the ‘Executant’ which
term shall include his/ her heirs, successors, executors, administrators and legal assigns in favour of President of
lndia/Delhi Development Authority, which term shall include its heirs, successors, executors administrators and legal
assigns.

WHEREAS the Executants is the Transferor, being the General Power of Attorney of SHRI BAIDYANATH MISHRA,
land measuring 41.805 Sq. Mitr., having Floor No.- GROUND, FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD FLOOR (G+3), out of total
number of floors constructed GROUND, FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD FLOOR (G+3) on, TOTAL MEASURING 50
SQ.YDS. OUT OF KHASRA NO. 65/3, PLOT NO. 79, STREET/BLOCK NO. N/A, GIS ID No. of Geo-Coordinates file
DDA/GIS/04012022125948/351145 SITUATED IN THE REVENUE ESTATE OF VILLAGE HASTSAL DELHI, STATE DELHI,
COLONY KNOWN AS K-1 EXTEN., JAILDAR ENCLAVE, MOHAN GARDEN, UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110059, Under
Unauthorized Colony Regn. No_176 AND WHEREAS the Executant have applied for conferment/recognition of
ownership right in respect of the above referred property in favour of SHRI SANDEEP KUMAR MISHRA (Purchaser).

AND WHEREAS the Authority, on the faith and representation made to it, has agreed to confer/recognize the
ownership right, to the Purchaser, in respect of the above referred property, subject to the Executant giving such
indemnity, as is hereinafter contained and keeping the Authority harmless from any claim which anyone may, at any
time, institute against the Authority, in respect of the above referred property.

Now, this deed witnesses that in consideration of the Authority agreeing to confer/recognize the ownership right, to
the Purchaser, in respect of the above referred property, the Executant hereby covenant with the Authority, that he
will at all times indemnify and keep harmless the Authority from all claims and demands made and all actions and
proceedings taken against the Authority, by anyone in respect of the aforesaid property or any part thereof, on any
ground whatsoever.

ln witness whereof the Executant SHRI SANDEEP KUMAR MISHRA has signed and delivered this bond on this 22 DAY
of FEBRUARY 2024.
