I, Hyzle Merry C. Zerrudo, Teacher I and presently teaching at Maasin Elementary School. I am writing this to
allow me to transfer to either of the following schools: Guituan Elementary School, Jesus Lauron Elementary
School and Sanito Elementary School with following details to wit:

1. It is grim for me to foldaway early in the morning to reach my workplace since I have three small
children.

2. The following schools are just stone away from my dwelling.

3. I have rendered valuable and commendable service in our school. I have been observed to be operative
and efficient teacher with a very satisfactory rating.

I have been at Maasin ES for almost 4 years, I have remarkable and inspiring experience. I gained the trust and
confidence of my co-teachers, as well as the school’s stakeholders where we built lasting relationships all for
one reason – molding the learners to become better citizens in the future.

I firmly believed that I have the intellect, skills, and talent necessary to be effective in dealing with learners; I
found out that my calling as teacher goes beyond the four walls of my classroom. Connecting and re-igniting
the interest of our out of school youth, and moreover, guiding and supporting them (social, emotional,
cognitive, and academic development) appears to be my nearer vocation. I believe that my years in the service
gives me the experience to fulfill my mission and underscore the essence of my being a teacher.

It is my fervent hope and prayer that this humble request will be given meritorious favor from your very good
office. Thank you and more power.
