Sebagai Floor Supervisor pada akhir Training bagi karyawan housekeeping baru, anda diminta
memberikan pengarahan/instruksi kepada para Room Attendant yang terkait Proses penyiapan
kamar untuk beberapa status yang menjadi tanggung jawab dari pada floor section. Intruksi
tertsebut terkait perbedaan dan persamaan antara membersihkan kamar dengan status check-out
