I strongly believe that teaching others and the sense of fulfillment that one as an instructor
has once you see your students accomplish their goals is one of the most gratifying things I
have encountered throughout the course of my life. Having that said, us teachers should
always be aware that our actions in and outside our classrooms will have a great influence in
our pupils, so we should always be mindful of the way that we conduct ourselves in every
aspect of our lives for our protagonists are always watching and absorbing everything that
we say or do like a sponge does in the sea.

Some of the values that a teacher should be applying in their class are integrity, sense of hope
for students, sense of urgency, continuous self-learning, mutual respect and responsibility
and fairness. But more important than teaching these values to our students is making sure
that we uphold these very same morals in our everyday life, students can tell if a teacher is
being sincere in the way that he behaves, so it is our duty as educators to follow and apply
these set of morals to ourselves, by doing so we are ensuring that we are gaining our students
trust, from my experience I have found this to be best way to successfully connect with them
and create a bond that will last for a lifetime.
